  • Dinner: 80g of whole meal pasta with tomato sauce and fresh basil
  • Breakfast: Low-fat yogurt and a fruit in season
  • Lunch: Turkey ham 100g mixed salad or grilled vegetables
  • Dinner: Vegetable soup with toasted whole meal bread
  • Breakfast: Skimmed milk and cereal
  • Lunch: A plate of steamed vegetables and a small wholegrain sandwich
  • Dinner: 100g baked salmon and two boiled potatoes
  • Breakfast: A freshly squeezed orange juice, a seasonal fruit and a rusk with honey
  • Lunch: Baked vegetable pie
  • Dinner: Chicken breast or turkey in a pan with lemon and a little wholegrain bun







If followed to the letter, the weekly menu for the detox diet can lose about 3 kg.
